TIES data integration

A production integration that had to survive deployment, not just development.

Problem

A production integration that had to survive deployment, not just development.

Approach

Developed TIES-related objects over Snowflake for a US energy operator, reviewed work completed by other developers, prepared deployment scripts, and project-managed the integration effort end to end: implementation review, deployment readiness, and structured release promotion from Dev through Test to Production. A compact engagement that exercised the full delivery discipline - build, review, script, release - on a production analytics estate.

Architecture

TIES data source Snowflake objects build · review · script Dev→Test→Prod structured releases

Small integration, full rigor

Integrations fail in deployment more often than in development. Structured release promotion - scripted, reviewed, promoted through environments - is what separates an integration that works on Friday from one that still works in Q4.
