Approach
Architected the cloud solution, deployed, and project-managed DataAmplifier: a Snowflake-based web application for creating, mapping, and comparing multi-level business structures. Organizations reorganize constantly - business units, rollups, reporting trees - and spreadsheets can't version or compare structures reliably. DataAmplifier made structure management a governed platform capability: build a hierarchy, map it against another, diff them, and feed results straight into reporting.

The killer capability isn't building hierarchies - it's comparing them. Before/after a reorg, plan-vs-actual structures, two departments' conflicting views of the same rollup: the diff answers in seconds what used to take an analyst a day.
